The form on this site collects your name, phone number, vehicle details (make, model, year, type, optionally VIN and mileage), the reason for testing and your message. We use them to check whether your car is compatible and to contact you about the booking.

Legal basis

We process the data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry.

How long we keep it

• Booking enquiries: no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
• Testing report data: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who receives the data

Data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Submitting the form opens a WhatsApp conversation with the message pre-filled — nothing is sent automatically, you press send. The message then reaches WhatsApp and is processed by Meta Platforms under its own policies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to contact@amrev.ro.

Cookies

This site uses Google Tag (Google Ads) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, namely clicks on the contact buttons. For this purpose Google may set technical conversion-measurement cookies. No personal data is collected through this mechanism and we do not use the data for profiling or personalised advertising. Google processes the data according to its own terms and policies.
